Wir haben die Lage sehr genossen Positive: Die Lage ist super gut. Die Einrichtung war stilistisch nett. Eine superhelle Wohnung mit genug Tageslicht und am Abend eine schöne Beleuchtung von diversen Lampen. Die Wohnung sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Negative: Man muss in der Dusche ewig auf warmes Wasser warten. Beim Waschbecken ist der Wasserdruck minimal, es kommt sehr wenig Wasser raus. Die Sauberkeit am Boden könnte besser sein. Vom Vormieter war noch eine leere Wasserflasche unter der Couch.

Ciekawy apartament w centrum Alicante Positive: Apartament w dobrej lokalizacji w samym centrum Alicante, kilka minut spacerem od plaży, portu i deptaka. Wokół wiele ciekawych lokali gastronomicznych oraz przystanki komunikacji miejskiej. Mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone, z wygodnym łóżkiem oraz klimatyzacją. Apartament spełnia wszelkie wymogi miejsca wypadowego na citybreak w Alicante. Gospodarz zazwyczaj odpowiadał sprawnie. Negative: Bardzo głośna okolica (szczególnie w weekendy) a apartament z racji na usytuowanie na ostatnim piętrze kamienicy, słabo wygłuszony. Otrzymaliśmy zatyczki do uszu aczkolwiek tak czy siak, hałas był bardzo doskwierający. Łazienka spełniała podstawowe potrzeby ale mogłaby zostać wyremontowana, przydałby się większy prysznic bo obecny nie gwarantuje swobodnego ruchu wewnątrz. Ciężko także wyregulować ciepłą wodę.

Lovely apartment in perfect location Positive: The apartment was in the perfect location to explore. It was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Negative: The flights of stairs to get to the room. The noise from the pub/street below Friday and Saturday night.

Cosy, comfy and convenient location Positive: Fab little apartment, felt like a home from home. Great location, comfy bed. Negative: The stairs may be tricky for some.
